Why this origin.
Urad moves on tight windows against Indian dal-mill demand. We contract acreage early at origin and hold buffer stock at the warehouse so shipments are not exposed to peak-season squeezes.
Every parcel is machine cleaned, and sortex-graded where the buyer's mill requires it, with pre-shipment sampling and third-party inspection.
