Why this origin.
Shea is collected by women's cooperatives across the northern belt. We buy through aggregators we have worked with for years, then dry and re-clean at our own warehouse before bagging.
Fat content and FFA are the two contract-critical parameters; both are tested at origin and confirmed by independent surveyors at loading.
